Job Description
With 28 schools throughout England & Wales, they are currently the largest group of independent schools in the UK. Their Estates Department has a significant role to play in improving and maintaining an extensive property portfolio, with a continuing 5-year capital investment programme in excess of £75m and annual maintenance expenditure in excess of £7m.
The Estates Department requires two architectural technicians. Previous experience of working in the construction industry and being familiar with property related terms and procedures would be a distinct advantage. An ability to think creatively and work within a team are essential qualities.
