Job Description
Our client, a leading international consultancy, seeks a senior tunnel design engineer to work on a range of international and national schemes that are industry and publicly high profile. The role will be challenging, varied and demanding of a wide range of skills. Responsibilities include: assisting senior colleagues and co-ordinating with other engineering disciplines; assisting in the management of projects and occasionally individually managing projects; production of design solutions, reports, specifications & drawings, covering a range of project requirements from new build to modifications, maintenance and refurbishments and respond to contractor queries & attend site progress meetings.
Successful candidates will possess relevant academic qualifications, be ideally chartered, with extensive design experience. You should be capable of representing the company to clients, be keen to develop technical & management capabilities, have structural design skills in RC and Steel & be a good team player.
