Major Infrastructure Company have appointed us to look for a Senior Rail Buyer to be based in their London, Great Easton Street office. Providing support to the Procurement Managers on both infrastructure contracts and projects.

Working as the client you will have a full understanding of requirements in the utilities or transport sector, working with ICE or JCT. Desirable is a background in the Public sector but not essential, qualified to CIPS or QS/RICS, an industry in Rail, Water, Energy or similar who operate under the Utilities contract regulations 2006.

As Senior Buyer you will be responsible for all pre-contract activity associated with project procurement, such as strategy, evaluation and negotiation of contractors' tenders and the construction of contract documents.
