Job Description

Site Engineer - RC & Groundworks. Required for a new commercial project east of London. The contractor has regular and repeat work, with an already impressive track record in delivering large projects within budget on target and of superior quality. The expertise comes from a team of highly motivated professional employees already involved.

The scope of operations is based primarily on new build commercial schemes, both low rise steel frame and multi-storey RC frames, with the associated infrastructure of such projects, situated on and around the M25 to the north of London and down as far as the River Thames.

• Concrete Basement and Concrete Frame or Steel Frame Construction
• Roads and Sewer Construction
• Foundation Installation and Construction
• Large External Works Projects

Due to forward planning and a controlled expansion programme there is work secured with completion dates of summer 2008 and early 2009.

An experienced & enthusiastic Engineer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant site and contractor based experience, with an up to date understanding of Health & Safety requirements is needed. This is a freelance opportunity.

There are good future prospects, with ongoing work on future projects if required. Applicants must be able demonstrate relevant recent UK experience and be legally permitted to live and work in the UK.
