Job Description

Working for this large multi disciplinary property services company, your role will be to assist in the provision of a quality professional M & E Engineering Service, liaising with clients to ensure their property needs are met.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include;

• Implement electrical engineering works within budgets and timescales.
  
• Ensure all works comply with the appropriate professional and technical standards of HSE, DfES, BSI, CIBSE, IEE, HVCA and NICEIC, etc.
  
• Respond to the needs of clients.
  
• Demonstrate a commercial approach in terms of time fee and client relationships.
  
• Keep Team Manager and Project Managers aware of progress and variations to agreed targets and costs.
  
• Work to agreed cost, time and fee targets.
  
• Maintain an appropriate level of CPD relevant to electrical engineering services.
  
• Undertake feasibility studies, present reports and prepare proposals as required.

Requirement

Applicant's should hold a relevant qualification, preferably to degree level, with at least 2 years post qualifying experience within building services.
