Job Description

Our client, a top 5 Main Contractor are currently recruiting Senior Surveyors / Senior Contracts Administrators to work on 3 new exciting projects which are about to commence.
- Refurbishment of an existing Hotel in Knightsbridge into office CAT A fit out worth £5.5m.
- Refurbishment of office space in Central London. 2 stage D&B worth £11.5m, due to start work on site in April 2008
- Unused retail and industrial building to be refurbished to a high spec for a new retail park in West London. 1 stage D&B project worth £5.5m, due to start work on site early 2008.
