Job Description
Key Tasks for this position are : Setting up and dealing with sub contractors, cost monitoring, agreement of variations monthly applications, site measurement and record management. Elements of the procurement,
Cost management on the commercial side of the projects.
Assisting site quantity surveying function.
Key Experience / Skills Required: Building/construction industry experience preferred. Candidates from the other sectors such as financial who have transferable skills will be considered on their merits.
Qualifications / Professional Memberships C.S.C.S Card Required, Driving License Required
