Job Description

You will be expected to assist in the training and supervision of less experienced technicians and graduate engineers.

You will be working on the design and supervision of traffic and transport schemes. You will also need to be able to deal with members of the public and clients in a professional manner at all levels.
You will have practical experience in the field of traffic engineering since obtaining a formal qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Your work will include design and supervision of highway, traffic and road safety schemes.

You will need to have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD, ARCADY/PICADY, LINSIG, TRANSYT and urban design tools. Experience of signal design and/or highway design would be advantageous.
