This specialist Design Consultancy is seeking to appoint a new role to it's ever expanding business with a Construction Project Manager.

You would provide a cost budgeting service, project management, cost management service, and a contract administration service across all design teams in the company.

Ideally the candidate should have professional experience in construction Project Management covering budget costing creation in a design led environment, programming, JCT minor works preparation & contract administration.

Ideally holds a degree in surveying, either a Quantity Surveyor, or Building Surveyor who has cost management experience.

More important to have the right attitude to designers, clients and to learning, than to have all areas of experience covered.

The position is part of an overall plan to grow our business in this and other areas and will will be looking to the right candidate to draw inspiration from this challenge.
