Job Description
We require a committed, passionate Chef(commis or junior chef de partie) and front of house partner to join our team. We want to maintain our reputation for 'Good Fresh Food, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.' Ideally we need a chef that has experience cooking fresh food, because our menu focusses on locally produced, fresh produce.
The pub is situated in the unspoilt north Hampshire countryside about 40 minutes south west of London between Basingstoke and Winchester. Our restaurant seats 55 covers, bar 20 and we have a large beer garden. The pub/restaurant is typically English in its design, such as, low beamed ceilings and open log fires.
