Exciting opportunity with a Local Authority based in Hertfordshire who require an interim Development Control Manager on an initial 3 month basis. You will have previous experience in a similar role.
Duties include:
• Leading a Development Control function in a Local Authority
• Determining complex planning applications
• Supporting Member Planning Committees
• Achievement and delivery at management level in Local Government or within an organisation of comparable size and complexity
• Managing a team, including setting and monitoring targets and budgets and dealing with all staffing matters
This post requires a car driver and owner. You will be degree level educated or equivalent.
