Job Description

In this role you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Project Surveyors, Project Engineers and wider team of partners to project manage the delivery of a comprehensive range of responsive and planned maintenance service to corporate clients and schools. You will lead, deploy, direct, motivate and control the team of project surveyors, project mechanical and electrical engineers and clerk of works, to meet the requirements for responsive, maintenance and planned projects and other programmes of work as required, through partnering arrangements with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
A track record of delivering projects to public buildings and educational properties and managing various technical/construction professionals is essential to be considered for this highly important role.
