Job Description

Mechanical Design engineers needed to take part in water and waste water non-infrastructure (treatment works) related design projects. Candidates will need to have demonstrable experience working to water industry standards and practices. Specialised knowledge in all areas is not necessarily required but a general understanding of areas with specific capabilities is needed. The ability to work with-in multidiscipline teams and to effectively share and exchange knowledge is needed.

Skills :
o Good knowledge of pumping systems and pumping stations.
o Working knowledge of water industry mechanical equipment and controls.
o Writing specifications and review of mechanical drawings.
o Knowledge of word and excel.
o Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
o Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
o Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
o Chartership
