Our client has offices in each state and have solid depth within the market, which they are specialist in. The company also prides themselves as being at the forefront of new construction management techniques and technologies in the industry.

The Role
Being a junior member with the estimating team and working with the senior estimator, you will be producing measuring quanitities, bills of quantities, preparing tender packages, getting quotes from sub contractors, negotiating prices with sub contractor and supplies and assisting in the final presentation of the bid. Most importantly you will be learning and understanding how to put together a winning bid!!

Your Experience
Our client is very flexible in the experience required for this post, however they do require the individual does possess formal qualifications in a building, quantity surveying or related field.

The Remuneration
Our client is paying a salary including super upto $45,000 this will be based on the successful individuals experience, you can however expect to move up the ladder fairly quickly.
