The Company
Our client is extreamly successful in this market, their client are demanding their services on larger projects (in excess of $10mil) and hence our client is moving with this demand. Geograthically they have office in Melbourne and Sydney and are broken down to two division Building and Fitout. This particular opportunity is in the Building division.

The Role
Being a newly created position, this role is to manager the larger projects the company undertakes and ensure a smooth transition with the larger projects. You will be accountable for project budgets, programmes, sub contract & team selection, site set up onto co-ordinator all parties to delivery successful projects. You will also be dealing with architects, designer and specialist trades from very early stages of projects (even at bid/tender stages).

Your Experience
Seeing the company is looking to take on larger projects, they will be looking for someone to bring to the party, large project experience (between $10-30mil), along with a successful history dealing with industrial relations and occupational health and safety issues. You must also possess exceptional people & time management, communication and organisational skills.

The Remuneration
The salary package for this position has been set to attract the best possible individual ands we believe our client could go to $160,000 for the right person. It will however be based on the individuals experience in delivering large build projects.
