Required to manage a team dealing with major applications and projects, our client, a busy London Local Authority is seeking a Principal level Planner to see their exciting projects through the planning process. You will be responsible for undertaking a full range of development control, conservation and enforcement casework and acting as the Lead Officer for processing major and complex planning applications. You will ideally be RTPI qualified with at least 5 years experience working within development control in a diverse inner city area, have proven experience of handling a large complex caseload of applications for major developments, appeals at public inquiry and knowledge of heritage and conservation matters. This is a long term contract opportunity.
