Based out of their offices in Kent, this Local Authority requires an additional Area Building Control Officer to join their fast growing team. If you possess previous experience in Building Control and are looking for a new challenge or perhaps more responsibility then please read on.

Their work varies from domestic to commercial projects, plan checking and site inspections are crucial responsibilities for the right candidate so previous experience is essential.
You will be degree educated and/or qualified or working towards professional qualifications.
You can expect an excellent hourly rate, to £30 ltd plus essential user car allowance.
