Job Description
My client, a Local Authority has requirements for a Building Control Surveyor some experience to assist them with projects in which they have lined up. Based in Essex, my client wish to acquire an individual with strong communicational skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
With recent awards like "excellent prospects for improvement", the right individual will continue to maintain the high standards and continually exceed customer expectations. With a range of domestic and commercial projects, you can be assured of a varied workload.
You will be educated to HNC level or equivalent and working towards membership of the RICS, if not already achieved.
The remuneration package in return will be rewarding and commensurate to experience. Experienced Surveyors can expect an hourly rate to £30 ltd.
