Job Description
Our client, a 4* Luxury family Hotel, located within travelling distance of Chester and within easy reach of Wales and Snowdonia requires a Chef de Partie to work as part of its dynamic kitchen brigade. The kitchen serves both the bar with its gastro pub style food and the Mediterranean style restaurant, which offers modern European cuisine and is renowned for its fresh, seasonal, homemade food. Successful candidates should have previous 3* or 4*experience with the enthusiasm to learn new skills The successful candidate must be flexible about areas of work which may include various types of catering such as private dining, table d’hote and lunchtime buffets. He/she and will be passionate about the food they produce and will be eager to develop his/her skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients under the guidance of the Head Chef. He/she will also be able to demonstrate a consistent work record and must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
