Based out of their offices in Kent, my client, a local authority is now looking to expand to meet their demands. They seek an experienced building control officer who is a team player and enjoys the prospect of a challenge.
With my client having gained an excellent reputation; the ideal candidate will aid in maintaining this by producing work of the highest standard. You will be self motivated and used to providing excellent customer service. With work mainly swaying to the domestic side, you will also have previous experience in this field and have up to date knowledge of the building regulations.
The right candidate is expected to have attained a construction related degree and/ or have experience within building control. Full or part membership to the ABE is desirable but not essential.
