Quantity Surveyor required for £60-£100m high spec commercial fit-out for major fit-out main contractor. Client is high profile investment bank and the role will be initially working on procurement of sub-contractors with packages ranging from £1m-£5m working in a commercial team.

Duties will include:

- Sub-contractor procurement
- Re-measurement
- Calculating variations
- Cost reporting
- Client liaison
- Monthly subcontractor payments
- Final accounts
