Current portfolio of projects include;

· Local Authority primary, secondary, special needs and further education.
· Higher Education and research facilities for leading universities and colleges.
· Local Authority sports, leisure and swimming pool facilities.
· Health Sector facilities, acute, diagnostic, research and primary care provision.
· Leisure and fitness centres for market leading operators.
· Environmentally conscious projects, sustainable in design, air tight and efficient in use.
· Commercial office space.

Our client has just recently opened up a new division of the business in the Kent area and our avidly looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Estimator to join the team. The current workload comes from a number of sectors - Local Authorities, Education, Health, Leisure & Fitness, National Government, Food Retail, and Hotels.
The values of the projects will range between £5million and £30million.
You will need to have either a HNC or HND in construction as a minimum. You will also have around 10 to 15 years experience which includes negotiations and two stage tendering.

Your key responsibilities will be to :
" Produce an accurate prime cost for the project
" Co-ordinate the tender process
" Develop relationships with design consultants, clients, project managers etc
" Identify areas of risk and opportunity
" Develop relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
" Develop knowledge of market place and competitors
