Job Description
My client requires a Quantity Surveyor to work as part of the Waste Water team on a Cost Estimating programme in Reading.
Commercial service includes the primary role of estimating on client PR09 programme within either the water or waste teams, working under a part-time Senior QS. Your primary role will be developing basic outline scope for discreet future projects and converting in to robust cost estimates, drawing on personal experience within the Water industry, and available client data. Secondary role may include negotiating target costs with Contractors, input into the Risk & Value management processes, Benchmarking and post contract cost management of various network projects.
