Job Description
Unique opportunity for experienced Associate level Project Manager to join one of the most innovative Construction Consultancies in the world.
The position is being number two to the Commercial Teams Director. Responsibilities include project delivery, mentoring and development of the team and businesses development.
This consultancy is a proactive leader with the ability to deliver dynamic solutions to clients, you will see global and UK based projects through from proposal to completion.
With your proven track record in a senior position you must hold a construction related degree and ideally be professionally chartered.
Ideally you will have experience in M&E, Data Centres, Fit-Out and engineering projects within the commercial sector.
Recent projects the company has completed include: 40 Grosvenor Place, Birmingham International Interchange, Chimbulak and Medeu Mountain Resorts (Kazakhstan). Edinburgh Airport Control Tower, National Maritime Museum Cornwall, IBM Campus, Pfizer Pharmaceutical Building, and the Spiral on the Victoria and Albert Museum.
Excellent salary (£60k-£70k) and benefits package (total up to £80k), and a vibrant corporate culture make this an exciting role for a motivated individual.
