Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified professional to join one of our growing practice areas. The jobholder will be required to undertake geotechnical design for a wide range of projects and to mentor other members of the team. The role also involves concept, preliminary and detailed geotechnical design; retaining wall and FE/FD analysis; and interpretative reporting.
About You
As a Geotechnical Engineer you will be expected to have a BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and MICE. In addition, you will also be able to analyse date and undertake foundation, retaining wall, earthworks and other types of geotechnical analysis; be familiar with industry standard geotechnical software including finite element and/or finite difference programs; have knowledge of the derivation of geotechnical parameters required for above analyses; and be familiar with site investigation techniques
