This rural Gloucestershire based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Development Control Planner to join their busy planning team. You will be responsible for the full remit of Development Control duties including processing planning applications, attending site visits, dealing with enforcement matters, preparing and presenting evidence in respect of appeals and dealing with policy development. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and self motivated with ability to relate well to members of the public with good knowledge of planning legislation. Ideally you will have 3/5 years experience in a similar role. You will be degree level qualified or equivalent.
