You will be reporting to the Strategic Performance and Information Manager.
You will undertake Asset Management Planning and make recommendations on the development, monitoring and review of this authority’s Asset Management Plan to include its corresponding policies and processes, meeting the requirements of asset/property related external inspection regimes.
You will be degree or professional qualified in a property or related discipline such as a Chartered Surveyor and be able to show a successful track record demonstrating achievement in Asset Management or Property Management/Valuation environment with post-qualification experience.
Direct experience of asset/property management and policy development at a senior level in the public sector or similar organisation. Experience of asset/property management related aspects of Audit Commission inspections including Comprehensive Performance Assessment and Use of Resources with a successful track record of adaptability, responding imaginatively to new challenges, organisational change, and corporate project implementation.
