Job Description

My Client is an international consultancy providing advice upon the development of natural resources, land and property, the management of the environment and the health and safety of people
The firm have a very specific requirement, probably contract at least in the first instance, to deal with CAD issues over say 6 months with a view to being made a permanent member of staff
The practice needs to standardise our approach to CAD, but to do so in a way that suits our design workload. They have previously considered approaches adopted by another RPS office but they tended to be too biased to a commercial workload.
The Consultancy needs someone with experience of doing something similar elsewhere and evolving a solution to their problems by looking at what they do, not simply importing something they did before.
You will be required to advise on what needs to be done and help implement it,
· Establish CAD protocols
· Produce an Autocad manual
· Review our drawing filing arrangements
· Deal with Symbology
