Job Description
A Commis Sommelier is needed to work in this recently awarded, rising Michelin star, 2 rosette French cuisine restaurant set in beautiful parkland overlooking a lake. The restaurant has a well-deserved reputation for its fine food and excellent service and it will be your job to maintain and improve upon these standards. All candidates should have previous experience in a Fine Dining Restaurant. A good knowledge of classic modern French cuisine together with a well-developed knowledge of wines is essential. All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
