Job Description

A Receptionist is required for a Luxury Hotel with an award winning rosette restaurant located in Berkshire. Applicants must be very well presented, with excellent levels of English. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will be able to promote a genuinely warm welcome with a modern approach to service and standards. He/she will be computer literate and will be able to use computer programs such as Fidelio. Duties will include Telephone duties, Administration, including Guest Bills, Daily Statistics and Guest Reservations, room service orders and guest special requests. All applicants must also be able to legally live and work in the UK.
Salary £9568 - £11481 per annum
