Job Description
Our client, a modern 4* hotel situated within 500 acres of Kent parkland requires a Chef de Partie. This 121-bedroom modern hotel is situated in beautifully landscaped grounds located within easy access of the M25, M20 and M2 motorways. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a passion for food. A focus on quality and attention to detail will be extremely important and applicants will be expected to play their part in keeping the standards of food preparation and presentation high in their section of the kitchen as well as adhering to health and safety and hygiene regulations. A creative and energetic Chef, the successful applicant will be able embrace the opportunity to work with locally sourced ingredients. All candidates should be eligible to live and work in the UK.
