Job Description

Full time Waiting Staff are required for a luxurious 5* hotel located in Berkshire. Previous silver service experience is essential. Duties include assisting the Chef de Rang to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a station in the restaurant, either at breakfast, lunch, dinner or during private dining or room service. The main responsibilities are to look after the still area of the kitchen, ensuring all products are kept clean and tidy; to maintain all equipment in the restaurant, eg: cutlery, coffee machines etc; to assist the Chef de Rang in all their duties; to help in both room service and private dining and to set up and refresh conference rooms. All applicants must be able to work weekends and should be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary £10764 - £12916 per annum
