This is a fantastic opportunity for an established building surveyor to join a well know private organisation based around the Reading Area.

The building surveyor will undertake a number of projects structured around the property in the groups portfolio.

As this organisation is constantly expanding, there are a number of roles available. Candidates can vary from RICS to experienced Surveyors. All candidates Should have at least 3 years experience as a building surveyor.

As the building surveyor you will be required to support senior colleagues in the provision of a professional and technically competent service to internal and external customers thereby maximising income opportunities and ensuring customer loyalty and the good reputation of raising brand awareness which ensures retained loyalty and the good reputation of the organisation.

The building Surveyor will be required to continue to develop own skill, knowledge and potential in order to contribute to the overall achievement of the Business Plan.
