The Principal Building Surveyor role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced building surveyor with at least 2 years managerial experience looking to take the next step in their career.

As the Principal Building Surveyor you will be responsible for the management of a team of surveyors providing surveying and technical support on building and / or mechanical & electrical repairs and maintenance to tenanted, void, leasehold and commercial properties.

The Principal Building Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and effective technical support to the Repairs Service, demonstrating best practice and value for money objectives are achieved.

NB Candidates must have previous managerial experience.
