Job Description

Due to the acquisition of some exciting / prestigious projects they currently require a Contract / Freelance Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of Office Space, in and around the Central London region.

You will be working on projects from £ 100k - £ 10 Million, candidates should have solid management experience on Fast Track Refurbishment/Fit Out.

Any High Specification / Bespoke experience is highly desirable. You should be able to take full responsibility for all day to day activities on site and have a proven track record of delivery

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

- Overseeing the work of Sub Contractors
- Environmental, Health & Safety
- Quality Assurance / Control
- Program Monitoring
- Client Liaison
