Job Description

Due to the acquisition of some new ‘high spec’ projects, the are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on large hotel refurbishments in central London.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to take the next step up in their career, or for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to gain valuable management experience, which will help them in the future when progressing to Commercial Management.

You will have an excellent track record of delivering complex schemes, ideally in a Senior Quantity Surveyor / exceptional Project Quantity Surveyor and be looking to be involved in a developing company

As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for subcontract payments, valuations, variations, cash reports, preparing cost reports and attending client meetings, and overseeing other quantity surveyors on site.
