Job Description
They require a suitably qualified Quantity Surveyor who can independently run various sites. Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, With a min 5years post graduate experience working on major building and residential construction projects. Must assist with material procurement, negotiate new rates with suppliers and clients, prepare final accounts, cost control reports and monitor project budget forecasts. Supervises the QS activities of various site based QS's.
