Job Description
My client is looking for a Transport Modeller to work in their London office.
The successful applicant will lead and/or provide key support on Micro-Simulation modelling related projects.
Alongside this you will have the opportunity to supervise and develop less experienced modellers within the team and undertake management functions and responsibilities.
You will be degree qualified; preferably with an MSc in Transport Planning / Traffic Engineering although this is not essential.
Significant experience in developing micro-simulation models (VISSIM or similar) and strong data analysis skills are essential.
Experience with PARAMICS, as well as TRANSYT and LINSIG is very desirable.
They are also very interested to hear from candidates experienced with strategic modelling packages (e.g. VISUM, EMME2 and SATURN).
