MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

A well known established maintenance company is now looking for keen, switched on site Electricians for a new contract in London. The company is a renowned player in the market place and holds some prestigious contracts.

As a Maintenance Electrician, core duties will be

PPM's
Reactive Maintenance
UPS Maintenance
Lighting
Fan Coil Units
VAV's
Single Phase
Three Phase
AHU's
Minor Fabric Tasks
Basic Mechanical works

These are the main responsibilities, with room to expand your knowledge and skill set on site for the right applicant.

This is a temp to perm role with good opportunity to progress through this busy contract.

Minimum requirements for Maintenance Electricians

City and Guilds parts 1 and 2 or equivalent
16th Edition would be an advantage
Experience in a high profile building services environment with a client-facing attitude.
Mechanical knowledge would be an Advantage
An ability to work without supervision, as well a part of a team.
Good communication skills, able to communicate with the client.
