Job Description

The key objective within this role are as follows, contract delivery, preparation of accurate and prudent cost /value analysis, managing sub-contractors, answering technical queries & troubleshooting, monitoring job progress, site measurement, preparation of interim and final accounts and good quality and accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications

A vocational qualification would be preferred.

Experience in a similar role.

A proven track record in major civils projects with a heavy emphasis on roading projects.

This role will require candidates to act as part of a team to deliver the project, manage a variety of tasks and to plan accordingly within the short-term, make decisions within parameters set by management, support delivery of Health and Safety policy and standards, supervises the activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards taking account of impact outside area of responsibility.
