Job Description

Our hotel has six bedrooms, a traditional public bar, a more modern lounge bar and restaurant / function room seating up to 120 people.

We are currently seeking the following to work in our friendly hotel:

COMMIS CHEF
Minimum 2 years experience to work alongside a head and second chef. We are looking for candidates who wish to demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to work hard in a team showing a flair for presentation. Salary £6.00 per hour.

HOUSEKEEPER
Conscientious employee required who is thorough and pays attention to detail. Candidate will also be required to have some waiting / bar experience to make up hours when room occupancy fluctuates. Salary £5.60 per hour.

BAR / WAITING STAFF
Candidates must be friendly and willing to work as part of a dynamic team. Use initiative and be capable of working either the bar or waiting in the restaurant. Salary £5.60 per hour
