Job Description
We currently have vacancies for:
· A 2nd chef, who is particularly experienced in pastry and knowledgeable and confident enough to take charge of the kitchen to cover for the Head Chef’s days off.
· 3 enthusiastic and adaptable commis chefs to complement our kitchen brigade
The normal working week will be over 6 days averaging 45 hours in the summer and 35 in the winter.
We provide rent free accommodation if required, meals on duty and a food allowance. If you feel you have the commitment and drive and the relevant experience to join our friendly team
