A well regarded local authority based in Greater London is seeking an experienced planning policy officer to join a forward thinking team. The successful applicant would have experience in advising on preparation of the Local Development Framework, including specific advice on community involvement, sustainability and town centre guidance. The role would also involve the preparation of various town centre regeneration strategies, urban design strategies, masterplans and development briefs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent experience generated abroad or who has worked for a local authority within a policy team.
