Our 80 cover restaurant has a huge reputation for serving quality British meals with a fine touch of French influence.
We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and organised Sous Chef to assist out Head Chef in the day to day running of a very busy kitchen with high standards. Candidates must be hands on, with excellent cooking skills, immaculate personal presentation, have an eye for attention to detail and good communication skills. The successful candidate would ideally be a confident individual who takes great pride in their work and be skilled enough to assist in menu creation.
