4* grade adventure park, offers holiday makers all kinds of great outdoor activities from swinging through trees on jungle ropes to rock climbing, canoeing and wall climbing.
Our busy season is just about upon us and therefore we are recruiting for several positions:
1. HEAD CHEF: must be capable of cooking meals to a high standard for our guests, devising menus, work unsupervised and deputise for the catering manager in his absence, supervise and direct the team of kitchen staff, maintain high standards of kitchen and personal hygiene
2. KITCHEN PORTER: experience not essential, but some idea of how large kitchens operate would be useful, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and carry out a range of cleaning duties in accordance with work schedules as instructed
3. CLEANERS: must be flexible and hardworking, general cleaning and housekeeping duties of guest accommodation rooms and public amenity blocks on the campsite
