Job Description

Rowans Restaurant:
Working within the fine dining Rowans Restaurant supervising the restaurant team during the busy breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts. .

Lounge Bar & Bier Keller:
Our Lounge Bar offers light dining and specialty coffees throughout the day, and in the evening pride themselves in the art of the cocktail. Previous bar and waiting experience preferred.

You will also work in our busy Bier Keller bar and brasserie restaurant. Live bands every weekend, great atmosphere.

For all positions excellent customer service skills required. Applicants must be available for at least 9 months - 1year. Minimum 40 hours a week, shifts on a rota basis including weekends. Previous experience in the Hospitality & Leisure Industry or Food & Beverage Department is essential.

We will provide excellent training, uniform, meals whilst on duty and accommodation if required (at a small cost). FREE use of gym and swimming pool for staff.
