Job Description
A privately owned property development and investment group urgently need a Town Planner to join the London office.
The company is engaged in private and affordable residential development, commercial development, investment, strategic land and house building.
The Town Planner will be involved in the appraisal of prospective land, making recommendations and report writing for feasibility of building, preparation of planning applications, liaising with planning departments on planning matters and taking projects through from inception through to delivery.
We are looking for a Town Planner with a relevant degree, MRTPI, project management skills and previous planning experience in a similar environment.
