Job Description

Project values are well in excess of £500 million per site and are located in Hayes, Docklands, Vauxhall, Clapham and Fulham.

Our clients are looking for a minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager, experience within the Residential sector, preferably working on New Build projects comprising of high spec properties.

The candidate must have a keen eye for detail as well as a trade background or educated to degree level, be a qualified First Aider and hold a relevant CITB Health & Safety qualification.

Organizing, planning and managing weekly work schedules

Holding client meetings and reporting progress

Delegating and managing trades staff and sub contractors

Management of Health and Safety on site

Dealing with external consultants such as Architects and Planners
