Job Description

Whatever a project's size or budget, our Client strives for simple, environmentally responsible designs, elegantly executed. As a practice they use AutoCAD for the majority of their design work.

Our Client is one of the world's leading design firms. They require an Intermediate Project Manager to join their Commercial team based in Oxford St, London.

Key Responsibilities:
Ultimately responsible for project financial performance and client satisfaction.
Responsible for establishing fee, planning, organising staff and monitoring project performance.
Expected to vet design for client intent, the manager ensures that the client brief is being met by the team.
Able to help and assist other team members – design and technically.
Expected to coach team members.
Will be taught with appropriate and frequent training. Our Client uses Deltek for all financial related works, this too will be taught. The manager will be expected to multi-task. The manager will be held accountable for his/her performance.

Delivers Professional Standards (pro-active, attention to detail, follows through on objectives)
Communicates Effectively

Knowledge:
High technical skills, drawing, detailing, specs, etc. Should be very familiar with all phases of project and with project planning and fee calculation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor architecture or interior design.

Personal Attributes:
Works well with people and is willing to help others. Putting the good of the office and staff before him/her self.
Is organised, comfortable with following procedures and is good with paperwork as well as sketching.
