Our client provide professional design and consulting services in planning, engineering, architecture, surveying, and project management.

They support public and private sector clients at every stage, from initial concept and financial feasibility to project completion and beyond. They use the best combination of all of their talents to meet and exceed their customers' needs.

Our Client undertakes a mix of projects and building types ranging from low to ultra high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, corporate, industrial, institutional, recreational and restorative projects.

A Project Manager is required to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy who specilaise in: Architecture,
Urban Design,
Environmental Planning,
Structural and Mechanical Design,
Construction Management and Supervision,
Projects cross all sectors including high rise, commercial, residential and education.
Our client has recently 18 towers in jumeirah lake towers, one being a 45 storey office tower.

The successful candidate must be familiar with FIDC and must have a construction related university degree. He/she will ideally be chartered.

This role is based in Dubai and the responsibilities include:
a) Managing and supervising all constructions and finishing activities of different sites.
b) Checking and approving shop drawings and materials for structural, architectural and electromechanical works.
c) Planning, preparing, monitoring and updating the site schedule of works.
d) Directing the contractual and financial aspects of the project’s performance.
e) Supervising contractors and subcontractors.
f) Coordinating with clients and relevant authorities.
g) Candidates should have good technical knowledge and ideally be well experienced in High Rise projects.
h) Familiarity with FIDIC is essential.
i) Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
